Automatic Carpet Slitting and Cutting machine for HIGH VOLUME operations. Stainless Steel Circular Blades provide clean, consistent, and uniform cuts on all types of carpet. Adjustable Blade Positions allow you to easily handle and cut varying sizes and widths. Improve productivity by eliminating erratic and uneven single cuts, sore knees and high labor costs.

Using the EZ Slitter

The roll of carpet is loaded onto the Cradle and the edge is fed into the Cutting System.

The Variable Speed Control allows the operator to adjust the cutting process at the press of a button.

A series of up to 10 Circular Blades easily cuts the carpet into desired widths.

Drive Rollers pull the slit pieces of carpet cleanly out of the Cutting System.

The results are clean, straight and even widths of carpet cut at a rate of up to 800 feet per minute.
