Remove the screws from the cover on the right side. Remove the screws from the cover on the left side.
Remove upper grate. Remove lower grate.
Loosen the set screws.
Carefully slide blade assembly off.
Loosen the blade and carefully remove the blade.
Line up the blade notches with the holes. Keep the set screw holes together.
Loosen the set screws.
Carefully move blade assembly into position. Set blade positions and tighten screws.
While the machine is running, using your angle grinder with 120grit to sharpen the blades. Sharpen both sides at about 15deg. The proper safety gear must be used while sharping!
